The value to you

Optimize Your Health

A single scan gives you a snapshot. Tracking that same panel over time gives you something more valuable: the ability to see whether your numbers are trending better or worse, and connect that to what you are actually doing — sleep, diet, exercise, stress. That is what makes this different from generic health advice. Instead of broad recommendations that apply to everyone, you are working from data that is specific to your own body.

The requirement is monthly, but many Research Associates check in weekly or even daily, because watching how daily choices show up in their own numbers is what makes the data useful to them personally, not just to the research side. It is a simple, ongoing way to keep an eye on your own health trends.

Your Trends
LAST 30 DAYS
Heart Rate
increased, neutral
66 bpm
HRV
decreased, adverse
25 ms
Breathing Rate
unchanged, neutral

Blood Pressure
decreased, favorable
118/76 mmHg
See Your Baseline
Your current biomarkers, not just a general checkup average.
Track the Trend
Whether your numbers are improving or declining over time.
Connect Cause and Effect
See how changes in your numbers line up with changes in your own habits.
Adjust With Precision
Make changes based on what your own data shows, not generic advice.

Better biomarkers over time is what improving your health actually looks like — and it is well established that people who get there report feeling better, having more energy, and missing fewer days to illness. This gives you the tools to get there on your own terms.
